"Born from an unrenovated apartment building in Friedrichshain, across the river from Treptower Park, Renate has three main dance floors and many smaller rooms to explore. In the club, guests are invited to explore every shade and subgenre of electronic music, from fast, groovy techno to uplifting house music, from chugging EBM to frenetic breakbeat stompers. During the summer, a large outdoor courtyard and bar are open, offering made-to-order pizza and plenty of space to spread out in the sunshine."
