The original, legendary 24-hour electronic music barge Concrete permanently closed at the Port de la Rapée in 2019. However, the core team—including founder Brice Coudert—opened a successor venue in central Paris called ESSAIM, located between Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est (the former Club Carbone building).
