Hugo Cantarra became in the last few years a face of the french deep house scene with releases on important labels of the industry such as Pacha Recordings (from Ibiza), Size Records (Laben of Steve Angello), Armada Music and so.
He has shared the booth with and open for international DJs such as Fatboy Slim, CASSIUS, Nervo, Ferry Corsten, EDX, Roger Sanchez, Harry Romero, Don Diablo, CID, Meduza, Felix Da Housecat, Daddys Groove, Nora en Pure, David Guetta, Andrea Oliva, Aly & Fila and so with whom he has a great friendship bond.
Hugo is performing in some of the world’s greatest nightclubs such as Pacha (Macao), Dragon I and Zuma in Hong Kong, M2 in Shanghaï, Latte in Beijing, and on stage for festivals such as ElectroBeach.
From House Music to Techno, from Deep to Club, his high musical sensibility & his technical skills gave him the chance to work for a large choice of events : from Dior Opening Shop, Chanel, Shu Eumura, Private boat party and to be supporting act for major artists of the electronic scene.
Hugo Cantarra combines his work as a DJ and producer with a charity foundation music label called KIDS Records Foundation, which is supported by many famous names of the electronic music scene such as Don Diablo, Tiesto, Nicky Romero, Tommy Trash, D.O.D, DJ Chuckie, Sunnery James & Marciano, Daddy's Groove, Antoine Clamaran, Quentin Mosimann… All profits of this record label is donated to UNICEF or charity missions to help disadvantaged children over the world.
